After the release of her pop-rock EP, “Sexy N Domesticated”, Brooke teamed up with house producer Rocky Gto create the remix of her “Mr. Fix It” single. The electro house remix will be available on all digital stores and online streaming platforms on November 16, 2018. To excite fans for the new release, Brooke will be dropping a music video to accompany the single on November 8th.

November marks the one-year anniversary for the release of the original track “Mr. Fix It” (2017). The song taunts female domestication and encourages women to finda man that caters tothe woman’s needs.In the remix, Rocky G opens with a progressive build that’sfilled with dreamy vocals and echoic synths. The hook then slams into hard-hitting drums and awakening sirens for a big-room styled drop.

In the music video, Josephson is dressed in a white furry coat and wears a pair of vibrant kaleidoscope glasses. She stands in front of a mesmerizing LED background that fades between a shimmering skyline. You see Brooke’s 9-year-old daughter, Shira,bust out her moves and even drop to the floor for some breakdancing.Her LED kicks add a new visual component to the scene. A live video of one of Rocky G’s DJ setsintermingles throughout the entire piece.

Electronic producer, Rocky G began her career in Portugal in 2008. In 2010 she was an ambassador and resident DJ on international tours for brands such as Red Bull, Ministry of Sound, and others. Rocky G saw success from her 2017 remix to Camila Cabello’s “Havana”, which racked over 1.5 million streams. Currently based in Amsterdam, Rocky G continues to create unforgettable and energetic tracks.

Brooke proves she is a force to be reckoned with. Born and raised in small-town Warsaw, Indiana, Brooke earned a scholarship to pursue Vocal Performance at a Liberal Arts College in the area. During her time there, she performed Handel’s Messiah at Carnegie Hall in New York City and toured with the all girls group Agape for three years. Soon after, she became a principal performer at The Round Barn Theatre. This opened the door for Brooke to move to New York City where she worked as a singer and actress. Amilia K Spicer to Release New Single and Music Video “Harlan” on September 7th!

The music video premieres on September 7th, and the track goes to radio on September 10th.

Los Angeles, CA, August 31, 2018 – After a whirlwind year of touring around the United States, Americana songwriter Amilia K Spicer is thrilled to officially release “Harlan” as her third single from “Wow and Flutter.” The music video premieres on September 7th, and the track goes to radio on September 10th.

“Harlan” marks Spicer’s third foray into directing music videos for this album, once again producing and filming it with production partner, Edward Romero.

Using footage from Harlan and rural Pennsylvania (Spicer’s childhood state),the video follows Spicer’s personal journey to the birthplace of her father. It merges landscapes from both, with vacant lots and abandoned buildings becoming farm landscapes with a golden hue.

“I know what I cannot see,” she sings. “Dove tailed swallow been follow in’ me. I cannot reach it, I can’t outrun – take these halves and make them one.”

Spicer’s lyrics are full of vivid imagery, and sensual confessions. As she sings of her dreams “filled with waltzes,” describes the whisky running through her “like Mississippi mud,” and remembers the sound of “a fiddle playing in a child’s room,” the scenes evoke a crystal-clear glimpse into her nostalgia.

When Spicer traveled to Harlan to film the music video, she searched for her Father’s home, only to find a mostly barren lot at the address.

“I wandered around,” Spicer recalls, “and noticed something shiny in the dirt. Turned out to be several pieces of coal, which I now have. Sometimes a lump of coal is a beautiful gift.”

In “Harlan,” what American Songwriter Magazine said of “Wow and Flutter” rings true: It’s “a timeless brand-new Americana classic.”

The singer-songwriter and pianist is set to release her cover single of an old-time classic, “Scarborough Fair,” on October 6, 2017 through the label Red Rock Music.

Shauna Burns rejuvenates “Scarborough Fair” with her own Celtic spin to this English traditional ballad. Singing the female’s reply to the male’s request to prove true love, Shauna brings her own perspective to this classic tale. Her intricate yet, delicate piano melodies whisk through the entire piece. Shauna’s crystalline and haunting vocal performance is laced between engaging threads and a Celtic harp that broaden the dreamy effect of the song.

“I had been spending a lot of time in green lush places lately and I started to imagine the woman in this song walking through the landscape, says Shauna Burns. I heard her voice so clearly and I went to the piano and started to tinker out the first bit of the song.”

“Scarborough Fair” highlights the tale of a young man who instructs the listener to tell his past lover to complete a series of impossible tasks, in order for him to take her back. Typically the song is performed as a duet, with the women ordering the man to perform equally impossible tasks, as well. In the brand new version, Shauna sings “ask him to find me an acre of land, between the salt water and the sea-sand.”

Shauna continues, “I imagine this couple is probably having a bump in their relationship and are trying to get each other to do the impossible task to win back their love... but I sensed at the end both of them want to forgive, want to move forward, but perhaps their pride is in the way? I felt when I was recording “Scarborough Fair” that ‘her’ soft vocals maybe gave the game away... maybe just a touch. I personally think true love prevails at the end.”

The piano, keyboard, vocals and musical arrangements were done by Shauna Burns. Caroline Kemper ReidReynoso performed on the Celtic harp, and Dee Kei Waddell on the double bass and keyboard. The song was produced by Shauna Burns and James Clark, and was engineered/mastered/co-produced by Dee Kei Waddell.

Singer/Songwriter/Pianist Akie Bermiss Slated to Rejoin Lake Street Dive’s Extended National Concert Tour May 5 – Sept 1

New York, NY, April 20, 2017 - Music protégé and cutting-edge solo songwriter/singer/pianist Akie Bermiss, who was snagged by popular indie multi-genre band Lake Street Dive to play keyboards and provide backing vocals on the first leg of their 25-city national concert tour which was launched in mid-February, is scheduled to rejoin the band for most of their newly scheduled concert tour dates. The extended tour will be kicked off on May 5th at the internationally acclaimed New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival. Lake Street Dive has added over 30 new tour dates that will carry through early September in support of their latest CD, “Side Pony.”

Over the past half a dozen years, Bermiss has become a visible contributor to the fertile Brooklyn music scene as a musician, songwriter or featured vocalist with a collective of upstart groups such as; FutureSoul band Aabaraki, the Screaming Headless Torsos, Miri Ben-Ari (the Hip Hop Violinist) and Rap sensa¬tion Soul Khan. He also birthed the Akie Bermiss Trio, independently released his first self-ti¬tled solo EP (via Rockwood Records in 2014) and continues to mine a loyal fan base performing frequently at cutting edge venues like Rockwood Music Hall , The Falcon, BAM Cafe and The Apollo Cafe, among others.

After Two Hundred Shows, Touring Country Artist Cody Webb Announces Self- Titled EP, Out July 22, 2016!

With his exhilarating and charming presence, country artist Cody Webb is preparing to showcase to the world his highly anticipated, self-titled EP.

Nashville, TN, July 17, 2016 - With his exhilarating and charming presence, country artist Cody Webb is preparing to showcase to the world his highly anticipated, self-titled EP. The singer- songwriter and guitarist is set to release his six-song collection on July 22, 2016.

Represented by RPM Management, Cody Webb is a newcomer to the country scene but has already acquired a large fan base across the country. In two years, Cody Webb has played over two hundred shows and has shared the stage with the likes of Cole Swindle, Frankie Ballard, and Old Dominion. Cody has also performed in notable venues such as Wild Bills (Atlanta, GA), Moonshine Flats (San Diego, CA), the Tin Roof in Nashville, Miami, Indianapolis, Cincinnati and more. If he is not on the road or creating music of his own, Webb is writing full time for ECK Publishing (a division of Monument Entertainment, LLC).

In support of his upcoming release, Cody continues to tour and showcase his songwriting talents as well as his electrifying performances. Cody recently performed at Nashville’s CMA Fest and has already made his way back to Stoney’s Rockin Country in Las Vegas. “Cody has a great stage presence! He really captivated the audience and kept them entertained,” says Chris Lowden (owner, Stoney’s Rockin Country). Webb is represented, for concert bookings, by renowned country music agent Bob Kinkead of The Kinkead Entertainment Group.

The self- titled EP reveals something distinctive yet undeniable about his infectious guitar melodies and singer- songwriter talents. His music fits uniquely into today’s country landscape. With his purring vocals, Cody charms listeners with his romantic storytelling. However you can still feel the honesty and passion that Cody pours into his songwriting. At the heart of the album, you hear Cody’s down-to-earth lyrics that are laced with delightful melodies, which showcase the diversity and depth to the artist’s work.

The six- song release includes Cody’s lead track, “More Than a Little”. Pop Singer-Songwriter Jonathan Cavier to release Second Single, “Pearl,” from Debut Album Premier on June 17

Music video for “Pearl” to be released on June 13

Los Angeles, CA, June 07, 2016 – Pop singer-songwriter Jonathan Cavier is gearing up for the release of his second solo single “Pearl” on June 17th, 2016. This single will be released along with Cavier’s debut solo album, Premier, which will also be out on June 17th, 2016. On Premier, Cavier blends influences from Duran Duran to David Bowie and Goo Goo Dolls into a sound all on his own.

“Pearl” follows Cavier’s well-received debut single “January.” With his signature mix of atmospheric keyboards and bright acoustic guitars, “Pearl” brings to mind easygoing and carefree summer days spent with someone you love. Filmed in Malibu this spring, the music video for “Pearl” features Cavier and will be released on June 13 in advance of the release date for Premier. Brad Wong, the “Pearl” video’s director and editor is an award-winning music video and short film director who has screened short films at the 66th and 67th Cannes International Film Festivals. Brad also won The Elfenworks Social Justice Category at CMF Hollywood in 2013. Cooper James, director of photography for “Pearl”, is an EMMY award-winning cinematographer and producer.

The twelve songs on Premier merge Cavier’s varied pop and rock influences from the 80s, 90s and today, resulting in a fresh take on pop music. About Jonathan Cavier:
Originally from Northern California, Cavier (pronounced “cav-AIR”) has been based in Phoenix, AZ for several years and up until recently was performing as Alan Clark in atmospheric pop duo EyeTalk. Over the course of ten years and five albums, this venture saw Cavier’s music reach audiences as far-flung as Italy, the UK, and Australia. After five albums and hundreds of shows played throughout the US, Jonathan Cavier has reimagined himself and has formed a new musical identity on his debut solo album Premier. In addition to his musical endeavors, Cavier is a semi-professional tennis player and a member of the USTA and IFT. Cavier says that practicing and playing in tournaments is like “the fountain of youth.”

Nashville, TN, April 21, 2016 – Emerging country artist Cody Webb will release his new single “More Than A Little” April 22nd. The country musician and singer-songwriter gears up for his summer EP release with his highly anticipated love song; giving fans a sneak peak of his upcoming self-titled six-song release, due out June 2016.

Hailing from South Carolina, Cody Webb kick-started his career by taking guitar lessons at the age of eight. As a child and young teenager, Cody toured local festivals and events with his father, Eddie Webb (an accomplished singer/songwriter) and his band. Cody now resides in Nashville, TN where he writes full time for ECK Publishing, a division of Monument Entertainment, LLC.

In addition, Cody has performed hundreds of tour dates nationwide with help from The Kinkead Entertainment Agency. His captivating live performances continues to grow Cody’s fan base across the East Coast, Midwest and beyond. In 2015, Cody performed in 58 cities at 100+ venues, alone. Performing live is at the core of Cody's artistry, whether it be for a packed house of familiar faces or winning over a handful in a new city.
